Job summary

Pulse Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our healthcare team in St Helens. The role is Band 5 with a pay rate of £17.00–£29.58 per hour, and involves delivering high-quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess, plan, administer medications, monitor vitals, and maintain accurate records while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin.
• General nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
