Job summary

Pulse Nursing is hiring a Registered General Nurse (RGN) at Band 5 in Dorset. You will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment, maintaining safe, effective care plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You must hold a valid NMC pin and demonstrate compassion, strong communication, and proficiency with electronic health records. Weekly pay and dedicated consultant support are included to support your career goals.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin.
• General nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
