The Role

1. Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
2. Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
3. Providing clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g., wound care, catheter management
4. Continuously striving towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home
5. Developing tailored care plans to deliver excellence across everything you do
