Join Our Expanding Team at Service Care Solutions

Service Care Solutions is currently expanding our workforce and seeking Registered General Nurses with experience in caring for elderly and frail patients.

Contract: Agency Block Booking: 3 Days a week minimum commitment.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered General Nurse:

• Act as a role model, delivering person-centred, high-standard clinical nursing care.
• Take charge as the nominated nurse and ensure safe staffing levels using an agreed patient dependency scoring tool.
• Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of all residents.
• Conduct thorough assessments, and lead on planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.
• Collaborate supportively with clinical teams, care home staff, and families to uphold the highest standards of resident care.

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in elderly care and/or working in frailty services within older persons' settings, community care, social care, acute hospitals, or care homes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain comprehensive care plans.
