Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Congleton, Cheshire, is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join a busy care home offering dementia, residential and respite care. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and work closely with residents, relatives and health professionals.

The role offers a competitive hourly salary (£21.50–£22.00), monthly pay, and a benefits package including induction, career development, DBS paid, uniform provided and enhanced bank holiday rates.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Good communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

An incredible new job opportunity has arisen for a passionate Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in Congleton, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a fantastic care home which creates a relaxed and happy atmosphere for top quality dementia, residential and respite care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £21.50 - £22.00 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
