McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional and experienced Registered Estate Manager to lead the team at our NEW Jacob Place development in Saffron Walden.

In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn UNCAPPED bonuses based on performance, paid quarterly. Our highest earner last year received over £3,000.

If you have experience as a Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, or Care Home Manager, we are actively recruiting and would love to hear from you.

Hours:

38.75 hours per week, including a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

About you:

• Warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a passion for supporting older people's wellbeing.
• Committed to fostering an inclusive, happy, and empowered community.
• Experience in promoting welfare and managing a team of older or vulnerable adults.
• Hold a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or be in the process of completing it.
• Confident people manager with experience in senior living or care development, understanding health & safety, property management, and budgeting.
