McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Estate Manager to lead the team at our Lowe House development in Knebworth, Hertfordshire.

Package: £40,000 to £40,680 plus benefits + Career Progression AND BONUS

In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional UNCAPPED bonuses related to performance, paid quarterly – our highest earner last year received over £3,000.

Hours: 38.75 per week (a mix of weekday and weekend shifts)

About you:

  • You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about the wellbeing of older people.
  • Committed to building an inclusive, happy, and empowered community.
  • Previous experience promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
  • Must have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management (consideration for those in the process of completing their qualification).
  • Confident, experienced people manager capable of motivating their team.
  • Experience in senior living or care development, with understanding of health and safety, property management, and budget requirements.
