Tamfol is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in the Staffordshire Moorlands. You will ensure high standards of person-centred care across the service, with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality governance.

The role requires current CQC registration as a Registered Manager, strong leadership and a genuine commitment to excellent care delivery. A Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered with the CQC as a Registered Manager.
• Experience managing a domiciliary care service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service across the Staffordshire Moorlands.

What we offer

£35,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience
