Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do
The role of the Registered Manager is to manage the day-to-day activity and to grow a successful care team who deliver personal care services to our service users. You will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed and documented correctly.
You will also be responsible for compliance with quality standards internally and for regulators and contract holders.

QualificationsWhat you need
You will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care, with a solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group’s range of services. You will also need good budget, business management, and commercial skills to succeed in this role.
