Esland Group is seeking a Registered Children's Home Manager to lead one of our dedicated care homes in Cranfield. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a three-bed service supporting children aged 6 to 18 with complex needs, ensuring safety, quality of care and regulatory compliance.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 (DOE) with a bonus up to £8,500, a full-time Monday–Friday contract, and extensive induction and ongoing development within a values‑driven organisation

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable)
• A minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children (essential)
• A minimum of 12 months experience in a managerial/senior/team leader/supervisory role within care
• In depth knowledge of relevant legislation, best practice and regulatory expectations, such as Ofsted regulations (essential)

Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus up to £8,500

Hours: full time, Monday to Friday (permanent contract)

We're looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes. Our home is a three bed service, offering a smaller, safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

For This Role, We Need Someone Who Has

• Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
