Job summary

Empowering U Healthcare is a specialist provider of complex, person-centred care in clients' homes. We are recruiting dedicated Care Assistants/Healthcare Assistants to support children and adults with complex needs.

Role includes night shifts in LE9, supporting a young boy with a tracheostomy and other clinical needs. Competitive pay is £35.00 per hour, with emphasis on compassion, dignity, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills for documentation.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• Do you have a valid NMC pin?

We are currently recruitingdedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistantsto support bothchildren and adults with complex needs.

Available Role: Night Shifts in LE9

Client: Supporting a young boy at home with a tracheostomy, requiring comprehensive clinical and personal care support. This includes tracheostomy care and tube changes, home oxygen therapy, suctioning, nebuliser treatment, medication management, PEG feeding, incontinence care, and the management of challenging behaviours
Hours: Night Shifts - 22:30 - 06:30
Pay: £35.00 per hour
