Qualifications

Overview

Job Title: Registered Children\'s Home Manager

Location: Oswestry - 3 Bed EBD

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with requirement to be part of RM on call)

Salary
  • £43,537.50 per year (Level 5 qualified)
  • £40,850 per year (if not Level 5 qualified)
  • OTE up to £17,500 in bonuses based on retention of staff, Ofsted rating, and longevity as a Manager
  • Total OTE: £61,037.50
Holidays
  • 6.6 weeks per year including bank holidays
  • Additional 0.2 weeks for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of an extra week
Role Requirements
  • Level 5 qualified in Leadership and Management
  • Ideally have been registered with Ofsted
  • Must be a driver with own car and business insurance
  • Provide previous inspection history and SC numbers for review
