Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager (or Deputy) to lead a new residential EBD setting in Birmingham. You will drive improvements to achieve Good/Outstanding Ofsted ratings and deliver better outcomes for looked-after children.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in residential childcare, 1 year in supervision/management, and hold Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (with progression to Level 5).

Qualifications

• Proven track record achieving Good/Outstanding with Ofsted as a Registered/Deputy Manager
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare
• At least 1 year in staff supervision/management
• Knowledge of The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, SCCIF, and Working Together 2023
• Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - willing to work towards Level 5 Diploma
• Strong safeguarding, team management, and IT skills
• UK driving licence and vehicle access
• DBS Enhanced check

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
