Job summary

Search & Selection UK Ltd is partnering with an established provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist short breaks children’s home in Wolverhampton, supporting children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and developing a caring team to achieve high standards and positive outcomes, with opportunity for progression and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a children’s residential home
• Has strong knowledge of EBD and complex behaviours
• Understands the Ofsted regulatory framework
• Is confident leading and developing a team
• Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and safer care practices
• Is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
