Job summary

Alina Homecare Group in Exeter is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a new branch of domiciliary care. The role carries full accountability for service quality, regulatory compliance, and achieving an Outstanding CQC rating.

You will drive strategic planning, business development, governance, and corporate policy implementation. The position offers a generous bonus scheme (up to £5,000 PA), up to 33 days of paid holiday, and a development-oriented environment with strong management support.

Qualifications

• Acts as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Leads the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Manages all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
• Ensures robust governance, audit and quality systems.
• Leads safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Represents the company with external stakeholders.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures.
• Leads the senior management team.
