Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Home Manager of a residential / nursing home or 2 years as a Supernumery Deputy Manager
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse)
• Full Driving Licence
• Computer literacy (email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
• Must live within 30 minutes drive per Google Maps

• Oncall We believe in all our team having quality time off with no interruptions from work.Therefore we have put an oncall in place that ensures that our home managers are never oncall at weekends.
• CQC Compliance Thank You Scheme – Home Managers receive up to £4,900 for a successful all Good CQC inspection and up to £9,800 for an overall Outstanding CQC inspection.Amount depends on occupancy on the day of inspection
• CQC Registration Bonus £1,000 is paid on your successful registration with CQC
• Holiday 33 Days including Bank Holidays

A little about South Moor Lodge:

South Moor Lodge is located in the idyllic village of Walkeringham (5 miles to the West of Gainsborough). The home is centred around a nineteenth century barn, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home sits within two acres of landscaped grounds, and provides personal and dementia care for 41 residents.

The home Manager is supported by a Supernumery Deputy Manager.

Day to Day Responsibilities for Home Manager:
