Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Limited is partnering with a respected care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Care Home Manager for a home in North Yorkshire. You will lead a team, uphold strong culture, and drive the home toward Good/Outstanding CQC ratings.

The role requires proven leadership, a track record in care home operations, and the ability to deliver positive business results. A driving licence and access to a car are preferred, with on-site parking and recognition

Registered Care Home Manager.

Salary: £55,000 per annum + £10,000k Bonus!

Registered Care Home Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to develop and maintain a strong, positive culture within a residential care home.


• Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, support and develop a team.


• A strong track record of achieving good commercial performance and delivering positive business results.


• Existing relationships with North Yorkshire Council would be advantageous.

Registered Care Home Manager Requirements:

• A proven track record of career stability and long-term commitment in previous roles.


• Ideally, experience maintaining a Good or Outstanding CQC rating during your tenure. Candidates with Inadequate ratings, or RI ratings in Safe or Well-Led, will not be considered.


• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop a positive team culture.


• Proven commercial awareness and business performance.


• A valid driving licence and access to a car.


• Existing relationships with North Yorkshire Council would be advantageous.
