We have received an influx of roles for L3 Registered Building Inspectors to conduct site inspections in and around London. We offer various roles on a full-time, part-time, or ADHOC basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity (L3 RBIs only) where you will primarily perform building regulation site assessments on a contract basis. The workload ranges from standard commercial inspections to HRBs and everything in between.

Rate:

Both hourly and per inspection rates are available: £70 - £85/hr or up to £250/inspection, depending on experience and qualifications.

Contract Length:

Long-term contract, potentially indefinite for the right candidate.

IR35:

Outside IR35 available.

Hours:

Roles offer flexibility, including full-time, part-time, or ADHOC options. Some roles can be combined with current employment.
