This role involves working on some of the most prestigious commercial projects within the UK, within a team rich in BC knowledge. They are open to surveyors at various levels, with the minimum being class 2D, but also senior/principal surveyors at class 2F or class 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving specific objectives defined by others.
• Collaborating with the wider team to develop objectives using experience and interaction to resolve issues.
• Completing aspects within their responsibility in submitted bids.
• Understanding contract risk profiles and generating new business opportunities accordingly.

• Conducting thorough inspections of commercial buildings for compliance.
• Assessing plans, specifications, and designs for legal compliance.
• Managing large-scale technical projects with complex components.
• Taking responsibility for contractual liabilities in bids.

• Ensuring proposals and tenders adhere to Sweco processes.
