Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a dynamic Registered Branch Manager for the Eastbourne branch. You will be responsible for leading operations, achieving compliance targets, and developing the team to deliver high-quality home care services.

As a key leader, you will manage performance, maintain records, handle complaints, and build strong relationships with clients while working within a franchise structure to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Be CQC registered for the branch.
• Proven operational management experience in a care setting.
• Ability to lead and develop a branch team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Be CQC registered for the branch.
• Manage daily operations to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Assess branch performance against weekly and monthly targets.
• Achieve and maintain Registered Manager status.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and legislative requirements.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Manage branch-level complaints.
• Lead a team of Field Care Supervisors.
• Provide reports to Regional Managers/Head Office as required.
• Identify training and development needs for all branch staff.
• Present to prospective new clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Key account management.
• Advise on pay rate changes.
• Ensure staff are placed effectively to meet client needs.
• Process weekly timesheets via Webroster.
• On-call duties as arranged locally.
• Occasionally support day-to-day team responsibilities.
• Champion internal customer service.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as required.

Salary: GBP50000 - GBP50000 per annum

Job title: Registered Branch Manager

Location: Eastbourne

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm as well as on call responsibilities to be arranged in branch.

Pay: £50,000 per annum

You will be leading and supporting your team in ensuring that key business and compliance targets are met. You will be responsible for developing your team to meet all demands and ensure continued success.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be CQC registered for the branch
• Manage the daily operation within the branch to ensure a cost effective and efficient service delivery

• Occasionally support with the day-to-day responsibilities of the team when required
• Be a champion for internal customer service
• Do any other reasonable things your manager needs you to do
