Job summary

Isabellas Homes is seeking a Registered Area Manager Supported Living to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple services, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred support while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial sustainability.

You will oversee Supported Living Managers, lead on CQC standards, audits, budgets, and staff development; drive growth opportunities and maintain strong partnerships with service users and families, regulators, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multiple supported living services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial sustainability.
• Experience coaching staff in positive behaviour support.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and improve service delivery.
• Stakeholder engagement with families and regulators.

The role of an Registered Area Manager Supported Living is to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple services, ensuring people receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support while services remain compliant, financially sustainable, and well-led., We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Area Manager Supported Living to lead specialist Learning Disability services, primarily supporting adults with Autism, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities., his role will be overseeing Supported Living Managers who manage the day to day running of services within Isabella's Homes.

  Isabellas Homes is a supported living accommodation catering to individuals who require support, may have had a mental health diagnosis, learning disabilities, special educational needs (SENs), and clients who may have been previously detained under the Mental Health Act/S117.
