Guidewire is seeking a Senior RVP of Sales to lead enterprise software sales for the Guidewire Cloud Platform and InsuranceSuite. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with C-level executives, leading a sales team, and driving revenue in the P&C insurance market.

The candidate will develop strategic campaigns, manage forecasts, and represent Guidewire at industry events, collaborating with product and services teams to maximize value for customers.

Competenze

• 15+ years of leading and selling complex core enterprise applications into an industry vertical (ideally General Insurance).
• Mastery of the complex end-to-end enterprise software sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead a sales team to win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Develop territory planning, forecasting and pipeline management to meet revenue targets.
