Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a field‑based leader for London West to own customer retention and VIP performance across the region. You will drive engagement with Sales Executives, Business Managers and Dealership Managers to design campaigns, coaching and events that build loyalty and sustain high F&I performance.

You will run prospecting events, deliver call coaching workshops and support underperforming sites. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are essential for this field‑based role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive retention and VIP engagement across a region.
• Experience in coaching teams and delivering call coaching workshops.
• Track record of improving customer loyalty and F&I performance is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Sales and Dealership teams.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across London West region.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver monthly and quarterly retention activity for the division, including regional events.
• Deliver call‑coaching workshops to improve VIP and retention calls by teams.
• Work with underperforming sites to create clear action plans and turnaround performance.
• Host regular Teams calls with dealership teams to share strategies and align to group goals.
• Provide weekly updates highlighting trends, successes and next opportunities.
