e.l.f. Beauty in London seeks an Associate Director of Transportation for the UK & EU to own regional transport strategy, optimize costs, and ensure scalable, reliable service across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

You will partner with 3PLs, internal teams, and US leadership to align global strategy with local execution, while driving capacity planning and compliance across UK and EU markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or 3PL management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and carrier networks at scale, including SLA governance and performance management.
• Strong financial acumen — budgeting, cost-to-serve analysis, and rate negotiation.
• Deep knowledge of UK and EU transportation markets, customs/trade compliance, and routing guides.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end transportation strategy for UK & EU, including service performance for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
• Lead cost-to-serve analysis across lanes, modes, and channels to drive savings without sacrificing service.
• Negotiate rates, manage spot-market, and coordinate with US leadership on procurement.
• Develop capacity strategy aligned with international growth and forecasted demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability in transport decisions.
