Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty in London is seeking an Associate Manager, Supply Planning to partner with Sales, Finance, Operations across the EMEA region to ensure customers receive the right products at the right time.

You will be highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced cosmetics environment. Responsibilities include building optimal supply plans, monitoring inventory positions, supporting launches, and coordinating testers and non-standard stock.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in supply planning or related roles.
• Experience partnering with commercial and operations teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create optimal supply plans aligned with demand, inventory targets and lead times.
• Monitor inventory positions across the EMEA network and flag shortages or excess.
• Support product launches, transitions and non-standard inventory processes.
• Build and communicate analyses of planning performance for stakeholders.
