Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty in London is seeking an Associate Director, Transportation for the UK & EU to own regional transport performance, costs, and growth strategy.

You will partner with 3PLs, internal supply chain teams, and the US function to ensure a reliable, cost-efficient, scalable network aligned with our values. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or 3PL management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of UK and EU transportation markets, carriers, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end transportation service performance across the UK and EU.
• Define, track, and publish transportation KPIs and SLAs; lead reviews with 3PL and carriers.
• Escalate transportation service failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with US and regional teams to align with global strategy.
