Job summary

Linde plc and its BOC Limited entity are recruiting for an administrative data‑driven role in the UK. You will provide central admin support across transport depots, act as the main contact for depot admin queries, and ensure accurate, aligned transport data across locations.

You will assist daily operations through coordination with Transport Managers, Coordinators, and Scheduling teams, and travel to UK depots when needed to standardise activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide central administrative and data management support across multiple transport depots and support operations within the Northern region.
• Act as a key point of contact for depot admin queries and support requests.
• Maintain system accuracy and ensure transport data is correctly recorded, managed, and aligned across locations.
• Support daily transport operations through coordination, data handling, and collaboration with Transport Managers, Coordinators, and Scheduling teams.
• Travel to depots across the UK to align and standardise administrative activities.
• Provide weekend on-call support to process emergency orders efficiently.
• Maintain effective record keeping, documentation, and compliance with required processes.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to improve data quality and overall operational performance.
