Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, is seeking a Senior Operations Leader in the UK to drive performance across teams and functions. You will lead and develop staff, champion improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance while partnering with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with coaching high-performing teams.

  • Sound decision-making and ownership of high-quality outcomes.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
