Job summary

SUEZ in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead our regional transport function. You’ll line-manage drivers, allocate work, issue instructions, monitor progress and ensure daily completion.

You’ll handle grievances, maintain records, drive continued improvement and profitability. A National CPC, driving licence, and proficiency with Word/Excel are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage drivers: allocate work, give instructions, monitor progress and ensure daily completion.
• Handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and driver checks are carried out properly; strive for improvement and profitability.
• Manage people, keep accurate records and address queries.
• Knowledge of Waste or Transport industry and good numerical skills.
