Job summary

The Practice Plus Group is recruiting a Support Time & Recovery Navigator to join the Reconnect team in South Yorkshire. This role focuses on coordinating across health, justice, and social care settings to support adults navigating the Criminal Justice System.

You will provide practical support, engage families, and advocate access to services while traveling across the region. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £29,264–£33,510 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with service users in health settings.
• Mental health and recovery support experience.
• Excellent communication and consent skills.
• Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety.
• Motivated, team oriented.
• Patient-centered values and involvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Reconnect team across services including police, probation, court, and health and social care.
• Support adults, including hard-to-reach communities, to engage with and navigate the Criminal Justice System.
• Provide practical support to individuals, advocate access to agencies and services, and involve families where appropriate.
• Driving licence is desirable for travel across the region.
