Lomond Group seeks a Talent Development Partner to shape learning, development and growth across the business. You will design, deliver and evaluate programmes with regional stakeholders and senior leaders, spanning Sales, Lettings and Property Management.

A focus on capability, onboarding and succession supports Lomond’s talent strategy. You’ll collaborate with Talent Development, Digital Learning and People teams to craft impactful solutions and coach individuals and groups for performance and

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes across multiple locations
• Strong understanding of learning methodologies and business impact
• Experience coaching individuals and teams to improve performance
• Excellent stakeholder management across regional levels
• Planning, organisational and project management capabilities
• Qualified in coaching/psychometrics and CIPD or working towards one

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning programmes across Sales, Lettings and Property Management
• Facilitate instructor-led and online sessions
• Build relationships with regional stakeholders
• Conduct learning needs analysis and translate findings
• Design engaging initiatives and resources
• Partner with Talent Development and People teams
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights for improvement
• Coach individuals and groups for career growth
• Contribute to onboarding, career pathways and succession planning
• Promote talent development opportunities across the business
