Qualifications

• Previous experience in a studio, operational, or regional management role within an architectural or design environment.
• Proven experience of line management and leading a team.
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and ensure operational processes are coordinated.
• Coordinate monthly project reviews and monitor project administration.
• Provide line management and support to administrative colleagues.
