Job summary

Qualifications

• Consultant or Specialty Doctor in Stroke Medicine.
• Member / Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
• NHS Consultant currently working in the NW England in NHS Trust.
• Strong sense of vision and an ability to innovate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Regional Training Programme for Stroke Medicine.
• Address specialty-specific trainee/trainer concerns and recruitment to training posts.
• Manage postgraduate programme aspects including assessments, progression, rotations and remediation.
• Engage in workforce transformation and multi-professional collaboration.
