Job summary

NHS England in London is seeking a Training Programme Director for Dermatology to lead delivery of structured trainee education in line with GMC and Royal College standards, and to support the Postgraduate Dean in strategic workforce development.

You will work with the Head of School and STC, overseeing recruitment, progression, assessments, rotations, and quality improvement across the regional Dermatology training programme, with a focus on patient-centred care and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of training in dermatology aligned to GMC and Royal College standards.
• Collaborate with the Postgraduate Dean, Head of School and STC to manage the dermatology training programme.
• Oversee the regional training programme and advise on recruitment, progression, rotations, assessment and remediation.
