Job summary

Millennium Hotels UK are seeking a Regional SSHE Manager to drive safety and compliance across the London region. You will provide technical support to senior management and assist UK hotels in implementing corporate safety requirements while complying with UK regulations and accreditations.

This on-site role is based at our London office, responsible for leading safety training, audits and external interactions with enforcement agencies, and maintaining robust SHE management systems across the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HSE management.
• NEBOSH diploma essential.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Knowledgeable of ISO accreditation audit processes and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve HSE goals.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HSE programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead on SSHE engagement with hotel management and supervisors, enabling effective SHE through training, audits and feedback.
• Act as primary point of contact for a designated cluster of hotels with regard to enforcement or external SHE authorities, including RIDDOR reporting, EHO and fire visits.
• Develop region-wide SHE training materials and undertake practical delivery.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of SHE management systems to promote continuous improvement and certifications.
• Provide technical support through planned improvements and ad-hoc SHE requests.
• Act as primary contact for designated hotels regarding security events, ensuring security measures are maintained.
