Job summary

Lumesse is seeking a field-based Senior Social Media Lead to develop regional strategies across the UK, driving brand awareness, audience growth and lead generation across the Group's brands. You will enable branches through training, governance, audits and on-site engagement, and you will lead two Social Media Executives.

You will also oversee content calendars, ensure brand consistency, and provide performance insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in social media.
• Experience managing or developing a team.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional social media strategies aligned to wider business objectives and priorities.
• Line manage and develop two Social Media Executives with regular 121s and development planning.
• Act as senior social media contact for ~200 branches, driving adoption and engagement.
• Deliver training sessions and create training materials for branch teams.
• Produce reports and insights for senior stakeholders, monitoring KPIs such as reach and engagement.
