Job summary

Succeed Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive for a leading travel industry client based in Chester. You will partner with the Head of Social to plan and execute social content across organic and paid channels (Meta and TikTok), ensuring brand-aligned storytelling and data-driven results.

Role requires 3+ years in social media within agencies or brands, with strong analytics, stakeholder engagement, and campaign management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Social Media role within PR/Content/Media agency or brand.
• Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• Analytical capacity to interpret data; proficient with Microsoft Office and basic Google Analytics.
• Experience creating social media proposals across BAU and campaigns.
• Ability to present confidently and represent the brand authentically.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with evidence of high performing content.
• Understanding of core social media trends.
• Strong eye for visual detail and styling.
• Managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement the social strategy with the Head of Social.
• Plan, build, schedule and approve social campaigns across multiple brands.
• Design, build and optimise complex paid social campaigns across multiple brands and channels.
• Take ownership of weekly/monthly performance reporting and ad-hoc business reports.
• Support the monthly Social Media campaign calendar aligned with trading priorities.
• Ensure all communications follow brand tone of voice and guidelines.
• Monitor and report on content performance; identify optimisation opportunities.
• Use Google Analytics, Meta, and TikTok analytics to analyse metrics and consumer behaviour.
• Produce regular performance reports, compare with competitors, share insights.
• Oversee social styling and creative direction as needed.
• Collaborate with Head of Brand on Influencer campaigns.
• Test and iterate content formats based on learnings.
• Develop a YouTube content plan for key brands across the group.
