Job summary

Doka is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales professional in the UK to generate new business and manage a robust project pipeline. You will close deals, maintain key customer relationships, and drive upselling opportunities using the Doka formwork portfolio.

You will target top customers, understand decision processes, and communicate requirements to engineering for optimal solutions, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a construction related discipline preferred.
• Strong technical sales skills with at least 5 years experience.
• Strong IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.
• Relationship management skills and ability to handle customer feedback.
• Understanding of key contractual terms.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain project pipeline.
• Achieve personal annual sales targets.
• Know key customers, decision makers, and influencers.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff.
• Use Doka portfolio to deliver economical solutions and upsell to increase revenue.
• Understand competitors' products.
• Communicate customer requirements to engineering.
• Resolve issues and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate sales process from inquiry to closure.
• Handle account management, including payments.
• Supply management with reports on activities and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data for forecasting revenue and material requirements.
