Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for North West Europe & UK to join our team in London, United Kingdom.
The Regional Sales Manager will maximize exposure of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (WHR) franchised hotels within their territory, focusing on developing sales opportunities, customer account management, and driving contribution to the hotels in their region(s).
The region includes North West Europe & UK, with a focus on Iberia and the UK. Responsibilities include managing and developing existing National and Regional Accounts and developing new business accounts across all market segments to drive contribution to hotels.
This role requires a sales approach in partnership with clients and travel intermediaries to deliver incremental revenue and increased market share for hotels, franchise partners, and WHR.
The Manager will work to meet or exceed annual revenue goals by:
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work legally in the UK.
Sales Account Management & New Business Development - Identify and secure new accounts, build pipeline plans with revenue and room night targets across segments: corporate, group/MICE, leisure.
Develop strategic partnerships with key leisure Tour Operators, Corporate Clients, Travel Agencies, and MICE Companies to drive hotel business.
Devise strategies to maximize hotel revenue and contribute to EMEA targets.
Franchisee Relations - Work with franchise and management partners to understand their needs, visit hotels, and educate on WHR tools.
Internal Relations & Systems - Collaborate across WHR units, support colleagues, and utilize business tools effectively.
Industry Participation - Represent WHR at industry events, join associations.
Self-Development - Continuously update knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
The Manager will drive revenue, manage accounts independently, and work remotely with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include managing expenses, reviewing ROI, and achieving sales targets. Essential skills include hospitality sales knowledge, negotiation, communication, and decision-making with integrity.
Degree or equivalent experience, hotel sales background, multi-segment knowledge preferred, valid driver’s license preferred, fluency in English required, additional European language (Spanish) advantageous, proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality sales systems.
