Area Sales Manager (Automation) - UK Homebased - £55k (Exclusive)

About the Company:

The company is a global manufacturer of factory automation solutions, helping customers across a wide range of industries. The candidate will ideally have experience selling automation solutions such as machine vision and sensors.

About the Role:

The Area Sales Manager will develop relationships with new and existing customers, including OEMs and machine builders, across various industries such as Food & Beverage, FMCG, Packaging, End of Line machinery, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales team in South UK and develop new accounts within the region.
  • Focus on developing business with new and existing end users, OEMs, and distribution partners.
  • Target industries include factory manufacturing, packaging, food and beverage, intralogistics, life sciences, utilities, and automotive.
  • Require a strong automation background and leadership experience.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in sales, engineering, or consulting, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
