Job summary

BFT Automation UK is seeking a senior regional sales professional to drive profitable growth across the North-West, North-East and Scotland. You will travel extensively, managing key accounts and building strong relationships with installers, distributors and large contractors.

Based in the North-West with four days field-based and one day home-based weekly, you will participate in a four-week induction in Stockport, Swindon and Schio to build product knowledge and sales capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ proven sales success within UK construction sector.
• Experience selling to installers, distributors and construction customers.
• Degree-level education or equivalent plus formal sales training.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B sales and relationships with installers and distributors.
• Sell BFT’s gate automation, bollards, barriers and speed gates.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Prospect for new business with structured outreach.
• Maintain accurate customer data and activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing and technical needs.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection and feasibility.
