Yolk Recruitment is working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading providers of industrial electronic repairs, seeking a Regional Sales Manager.

This is a new business-focused role, where the candidate will work remotely and manage their own schedule. The role involves seeking new business through face-to-face and virtual meetings. It offers a clear progression pathway into a senior sales manager position, where you can build your own sales team.

The ideal candidate will have field-based sales experience, with a background selling to various industries and a hunter mentality. Industrial electronic experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager

• Cover the Sheffield territory.
• Meet clients face-to-face and via Teams.
• Generate new leads.
• Manage full sales cycles.
• Plan your own diary.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations.
• Update CRM and manage sales pipeline.
• Provide technical advice to customers.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in B2B field sales.
• Experience selling to industries such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, food, and beverages is desirable.
