TIMAC AGRO UK is seeking a field-based Regional Sales Manager to open new territory across Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire, building trusted relationships with farmers and delivering sustained sales growth.
You will lead and mentor a team of Technical Sales Specialists, own the regional P&L, and collaborate with R&D to identify high-value crops and trials, driving measurable on-farm impact and profitability for TIMAC AGRO UK.

In this field-based Regional Sales Management role, you will open up new territory across the region by forging trusted, long-term relationships with farmers, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering strong sales growth. You will lead, develop, and mentor a team of Technical Sales Specialists, using agronomic expertise and market insight to unlock potential and accelerate performance across the territory.
With ownership of the regional P&L, sales strategy, and team capability, you will be central to building a high-performing, customer-led presence that creates real value and delivers measurable results for UK farmers through the placement of TIMAC AGRO solutions.
