Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Hisense to drive store performance across Rotherham, Wakefield, Doncaster, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull and surrounding areas. This hands-on, field-based role combines coaching, training, sales insight, and retail execution to deliver measurable results.

You will work with store teams and in-store promoters to improve sales, sharpen execution, and build genuine advocacy for the Hisense brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, field sales or training-focused roles.
• Experience coaching, developing, or managing people with a focus on improving performance.
• Confidence delivering training.
• Ability to analyse performance and take action.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams - be someone they trust and listen to
• Deliver engaging product training that actually sticks and gets used on the shop floor
• Coach and support in-store promoters, helping them raise their game
• Use sales data and insight to spot opportunities and act on them quickly
• Improve merchandising and visibility, making sure Hisense stands out for the right reasons
• Plan and deliver events, demo days, and training sessions that drive engagement
• Keep a close eye on stock, performance, and competitors, turning insight into action
• Support recruitment and onboarding, helping build a strong, capable team
