Portakabin in Oxford seeks a Sales & Business Development Coordinator to drive order-winning sales and support commercial teams with administration. The role covers Reading and Swindon regions, based at Woodstock Road, Oxford, with a salary up to £31,000 plus commission and 25 days leave.

You will manage campaigns, quotations, and customer communications, build relationships, and contribute to achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven solid targeted business development experience.
• Able to confidently follow up and close sales quotations.
• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Minimum GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Competent in using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

Responsabilités

• Structured business development campaigns to meet order targets.
• Lead business development calling and provide commercial/administrative support.
• Prepare and follow up quotations with customers on time.
• Respond to customer enquiries within SLA timelines.
• Maintain relationships across teams to support order winning opportunities.
• Collaborate to ensure stock/refurbishment details and payments are handled.
• Office based role with focus on delivering excellent service.
