Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Field Team Manager to lead a new team representing Suntory brands such as Lucozade and Ribena. The role is based in Preston with a salary of £45k per annum and a bonus of up to 10%, plus a company car, tablet and mobile phone.

You’ll manage up to 12 Territory Development Executives calling on independent retailers and convenience stores, driving sales and brand presence across your region.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing a sales team, ideally at area level.
• An understanding of retail / FMCG preferred.
• A Full UK driving licence. Happy to drive a manual vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 12 Territory Development Executives across multiple channels.
• Inspire, develop and coach the team to drive sales, visibility and brand passion for Lucozade Ribena Suntory products.
• Provide senior management support to regional and national leaders, manage budgets and deliver against targets.
