Job summary

Johnson Matthey is seeking a Regional Sales Representative - Refining to join our global leader in platinum group metals. You will drive revenue growth across assigned US refining accounts and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions.

You’ll negotiate pricing, identify new business opportunities, and develop robust account plans while promoting our full service offering and PGM circularity. Hybrid work in a customer-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in platinum group metals markets and their industrial applications.
• Proven track record in customer management and value-based selling.
• Understanding of the PGM refining processes.
• Proven ability to negotiate sales, to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to position solutions in complex customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue targets for assigned accounts and drive growth for the US refining business.
• Directs sales negotiations on behalf of Johnson Matthey to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
• Deliver pricing improvements and commercial best practice.
• Identify and develop new business and displacement opportunities.
• Work closely with the wider Johnson Matthey Commercial teams to support on PGM circularity and full service offering.
• Review and optimize feed intakes for the refining business.
• Develop, maintain and deliver against account plans.
