Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Regional S&OP & Project Risk Manager for Grid Systems Integration, based in Stafford with a hybrid work mix. You will unite Sales, Tendering, Project Execution, Supply Chain, and Finance to create a single, clear regional plan.

You will shape the early-stage S&OP model, embed governance, and bring project risk expertise to Tendering teams to optimize opportunities and mitigate risks across major grid programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex Grid or Grid Systems Integration projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional S&OP across North & South Europe, aligning portfolio, demand, capacity, supply, project execution, and financial plans.
• Embed a robust operating model with governance, responsibilities, and operating rhythms.
• Bring project risk expertise to Tendering teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to help leadership decide on capacity, priorities, and resources.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that turn complex project data into actionable insight.
• Provide structured risk information to senior management to support informed decisions and escalation.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across regional planning and governance activities.
