Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantive experience in executing complex Grid, power transmission, or Grid Systems Integration projects.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle from tendering to contract award and execution.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities in a complex project environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and embed a robust S&OP operating model across North & South Europe with governance and rhythms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Tendering, Project Execution, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to align plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions enabling leadership to decide on capacity and priorities.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation actions.
• Drive risk and opportunity reviews across the regional tender pipeline.
• Lead risk reviews with stakeholders across Tendering, PM, Engineering and Commercial.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting turning data into actionable insight.
• Provide structured risk information to senior management for decision-making.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across planning and governance.
• Champion adoption of stronger planning processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
