Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the Sales & Operations Planning process for North & South Europe, aligning portfolio, demand, capacity, resources, and financial plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities across tender pipelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to support informed decisions on capacity, priorities, and constraints.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that translate complex project data into actionable insights.
• Provide structured risk information and escalation to senior management.
